Araucana
We always have several young males for sale. Each fall we release breeder pairs of this rare breed and are only sold as pairs. Cull birds have well developed breasts and are excellent as fryers.
Pet/Flock Quality- $15.00 each, smooth faced, they carry the gene to produce offspring that will lay colored shell eggs.
Breeder Quality Males- $50.00 and up these birds will have one or more ear tufts
Show Quality- POR when available
Pullets and Hens- $50 each and up depending on quality- rarely available. Day old chicks- Straight run, $10 each.

Ameraucana
Hatching Eggs- $35.00 per dozen, shipping available at your cost. Inquire for availability.
We have Blue, Black and Splash as well as Blue Wheaten birds.

Golden Cuckoo Marans / Cuckoo Marans
We have a gorgeous flcok that lay nice dark red- brown eggs. They are a work in progress and no birds are presently available. Check with us for 2010!
Muscovy Ducks
We have several males and females available for pet, eggs, meat or breeding. They are $15.00 each or $30.00 per pair. Our colors are black and white pied, black and the very attractive Duclair B&W pied. Hatching eggs are $20 per dozen, inquire for availability. Muscovies are very personable and excellent layers. They do not quack and are perfect for urban egg layer flocks.
Dutch Hook Bill Ducks
We raise dusky bibbed hook bills. Our stock is direct from Holderread's select breedings. This is a rare breed only recently imported into the USA. They are very unique in appearance and are seasonal layers of blue and green eggs. Hook Bills are noted for their calm personalities. Our flock is a work in progress and we do not have any birds or hatching eggs available at this time.
Easter Egger Chickens - Rainbow egg layers
We have several project varieties.
A blue cuckoo color project going on, a large blue ameraucana cock over our cuckoo marans hens. This year we have an awesome F1 cockerel available for $15, he is blue cuckoo and is going to be a gorgeous cock. Pullets available and are $25.00 and up. Straight run chicks are $5 a piece as day olds. These birds are selectively bred for egg color and size. Eggs will be blue, blue/ green or various shades of olive.
Araucana and ameraucana crosses, they should lay medium size to large blue eggs and come in a variety of forms, muffed, bearded and sometimes tufted. They are active and unique and very good foragers, females are excellent mothers. Pullets are $20 each, hens $25, cockerels $10 and up depending on quality.
Red Star Pullets and Hens
This variety is a power layer of extra large brown shell eggs - $25.00 per pullet/hen when available.
Turkeys
We have several heritage varieties running around the farm, most are from Porter stock. Turkeys are good seasonal layers and of course great meat birds and they also make for wonderful farm pets. Everyone loves a turkey!
